Can I cancel my reservation? What is the cancellation policy?

Yes. Contact help@onbuoy.com at least 72 hours before arrival to receive a refund or reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours are not refundable. We’ll happily help rebook when possible while balancing guest flexibility with host reliability.

Yes. We understand that plans can change and OnBuoy's cancellation policy aims to balance the needs of guests and hosts alike. If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled arrival date by sending an email to help@onbuoy.com. In such cases, we will be happy to refund the amount of your reservation or assist you in rescheduling your reservation for a future date, subject to availability.

However, please note that cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation will not be eligible for a refund.
