Can I tie up more than one boat to a moorage?

No. Each moorage is rated for a single vessel within defined limits. “Rafting” or tying multiple boats to one moorage is prohibited due to safety and equipment risks to you, hosts, and nearby property.

No. Safety is our top priority at OnBuoy, and that applies to both guests and our hosting community.

Each moorage in the OnBuoy community is carefully inspected and rated to ensure it can safely accommodate a specific size and weight of the vessel. This ensures a secure and stable environment for your boat.

For this reason, tying up multiple boats together to a single moorage (aka “rafting”) is strictly forbidden for reservations made through OnBuoy. Tying up more than one vessel to a moorage or overloading a moorage with an oversized vessel risks damage to the moorage, your own vessel, and any surrounding boats or property.

By adhering to this single-vessel policy, we can promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all OnBuoy guests.
