How do I contact the host for a reservation I’ve made?

Use the OnBuoy Inbox to contact your host about any reservation you’ve requested. Access Inbox from the top menu, view your conversation thread, ask questions, and share photos. Keeping all communication on-platform protects privacy, enables support, and ensures a clear record tied to your booking.

Use the OnBuoy Inbox to communicate with the host for a reservation you've requested. Simply select Inbox from the top menu to access your OnBuoy Inbox. Your messages are sorted into Reservations that you have requested and Hosting requests from others (if you also have a moorage listed on OnBuoy).
