What happens if I damage the moorage or surrounding property?
Accidents happen. Guests remain responsible for intentional, negligent, or improper use damage. Maintain active vessel liability insurance and list the policy in My Boat. If damage occurs, immediately message the host via Inbox, email help@onbuoy.com, include clear photos and details, and an OnBuoy Crew member will assist.
While accidents can happen, OnBuoy is here to help.
