What if a host cancels my reservation?

Host cancellations are rare. If a host cancels within 72 hours of arrival, you’ll automatically receive a refund and we’ll assist you in finding an alternative moorage. You’ll get an email with details; refunds typically appear within seven days depending on payment method.

While it’s rare, sometimes a Host may need to cancel a reservation. We understand this can impact your plans in a big way.

What to expect if your reservation is canceled

When a cancellation occurs, you’ll get an email with full details, including your refund info. Refund times may differ depending on how you paid, but your refund should appear in your account within 7 days.
