What is the check-in and check-out process?
Check in by taking photos when you arrive; check out by photographing the moorage after you untie. Photos confirm location and document condition before and after your stay, protecting you from pre‑existing or subsequent damage. Standard times: check‑in 12 pm; check‑out 11 am unless arranged with your host.
The check-in and check-out process involves snapping and uploading some quick photos when you arrive at the moorage and again when you depart.
The photos serve two purposes. First, the location information captured in the photo confirms that you have arrived at the correct moorage. Follow the instructions in the article titled How to capture location with your phone's camera to ensure that your phone's camera is set to capture location information when you snap photos.
Second, the photos help document the condition of the moorage when you arrived and the condition of the moorage when you departed. This protects you from any damage to equipment that occurred before you arrived or after you departed.
Check-in time is 12pm on the first day of your reservation
Check-out time is 11am on the last day of your reservation
